How to Turn Your Thoughts Upside Down and Embrace Deeper Spirituality – despite being afraid of ‘woo-woo’
You’ve wanted to embrace deeper spirituality for a long time. But you’re afraid because other people might think you’ve lost your mind. After all, ‘woo-woo’ is really weird. Right?
Maybe you’ve come to the conclusion that you will stop being approval-dependent and quit worrying about other people’s opinions.
You choose to listen to the gentle yearning of your heart. You choose to listen to your Higher Calling and release the chains that keep you shackled.
I know what you’re thinking.
‘That sounds excellent, but how do I actually do it?’
Your turn your thoughts upside down and you begin dissolving your fear-based thoughts.
Here’s an excerpt from OM Kitty’s Energy Healing Made Simple:
‘You must take what you have been told is true and turn it upside down. Then you need to turn it backwards and finally turn it inside out. Stop doubting yourself and believing other people know what is right for you. Trust yourself. Let go of the shackles that stop you from exploring your truth and allow what you have been told to slip away and instead allow what you know to be true be your guidance system. Now you will have something to work with. But how you might ask?
You begin by recalling who you really are. When you arrived here in your physical form you knew you were intrinsically connected to The One Great Love. The problem is most of us forget this fact very early on. You must recall who you really are and how important your life really is.
Then, you choose to forget the rules and the ‘shoulds’ that have been regurgitated for thousands of years that cause you to live a small fear-based life. These rules and ‘shoulds’ are not based in reality. They are simply stories that have been engineered by the minds of humans and propagated throughout history on a mass conscious level. These rules may only exist in the mind but we believe them and we buy in to them to our detriment. You know your truth because it lives inside you and is just waiting for you to allow it to come forth.’
